hi guys ! i want to share with all of you to what i have been through during my trip to Shah Alam about a week ago with my classmate. I was go to one of the restaurant there, 'Laman Grill' restaurant, that the owner itself, is the ex chef at UiTM before where he was teaching student. He is also work as executive chef at the famous hotel before. He is actually is the expert person in the culinary world because he was feel a lot of experience in his life, and because of that, he was running his own business at Laman Seri, Shah Alam. In my opinion, he was running his business with successful. 

i want to share with all of you about his restaurant's signature dish. This is very special dish for his restaurant absolutely ! 'The Laman New Version Marbled Chicken Chop' ! The ovenbaked layered chicken terroine, the crispy cornflake coated chicken drumstick chops, smoked chicken with combining of potato quiche, wilted vegetables with wild mushroom sauce. This dish is cost RM25.50. Affordable right ? :)

Next, the following dish that 'Laman Grill' offered are 'Grilled Spring Chicken' ! Interesting name right? It is a grilled whole boneless chicken, then laces with melted cheddar cheese and smoked chicken, leek potato tart, Australian romaine-pear. It also has salad and served with forest mushroom sauce. The weight for this dish are about 400 to 450g. This dish is cost RM24.50.

The 'Braised BBQ Beef Short Ribs'. This is very delicious dish compared with others. The tender braised beef in our succulent, sm0ked texas barbeque sauce with Australian romaine - pear salad and open faced beef oxtail-US russed twiced baked potatoes. The weight of this dish are about 500 to 550g. The cost is RM49.50.

Actually, i had difficulty to finish this dish. It is so big in portion ! 'Australian Baby Lamb Foreshank'. It was slow cooked in its own juice served with tossed. The crispy smoked beef US Idaho potato-pear, salads and sauteed vegetables. It is a nice combination. I really like it !

 Now, we go to its dessert ! The part that i really love and make me crazy about its taste ! I really can't imagine about the taste. really nice ! The dessert that i feel awesome is the 'Chocolate Caramel Banana'! The moist chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache and spiced caramel bananas. It only cost RM12.50. It is quite available for me because its taste ! This is what we call, "value for money".

Next, we had also ate 'Tiramisu'. The mascarpone mousse layered with coffee soaked sponge. The cost is RM12.50. Other than that, we also ate 'Warm Lava Chocolate Cake with Vanilla'. It has Vanilla ice-cream.. Nice.. :) Its cost are same like the other two dessert.

They are also offered 'Raspberry Vanilla Cream Cake'. It has Vanilla mousse with light almond lemon sponge and raspberry preserved. It is also cost RM12.50.

They are also offered cold beverages which is freshly squeezed fruit juice ! We drank orange juice. We can feel in our tongue the fiber of the juice. Its nice ! I was enjoyed our meal that day. But, actually, i was not like the main course there. My joy only go for the dessert. That's the fact that i feel. But, overall, my stomach was so happy and fully enough. Thanks to Allah.. :)
